An old detached garage was falling apart. The homeowner wanted to convert it to an apartment for rent.
I designed a compact plan with kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. The old hipped roof was replaced with a gable roof with matching porch roof. New wood siding with lovely blue paint finished off the makeover.
